SPECFLEX™ semi-flexible polyurethane foam systems are available for a broad range of applications requiring a plush, padded look and feel. SPECFLEX systems currently are used in instrument panels, consoles, headrests, armrests and door panels. New specialized formulations have been designed for air bag doors, foam for energy management, acoustical foam, and all-water blown integral skin foam for steering wheels. SPECFLEX systems provide excellent flow, stain resistance, good adhesion properties, increased efficiency and productivity. VORANATE™ specialty isocyanates produce flexible foams for molded applications. VORANOL is suitable for a full range of low- to high-density semi-rigid and rigid foams and structural RIM processing. VORANOL™ polyether polyols are provided with a wide range of properties needed to produce low- to high-density seating foams.
